Stainless steel sintered wire meshconsists of multi-layers, it made by pressing multi-layer stainless steel woven wire cloth, then sintered together in a vacuum furnace. Standard material: SUS304, SUS316L. Special material hastelloy, 904L, Duplex steel 2205, Monel 400 etc as request.
Sintered metal fiber felt is made of extremely fine stainless steel fiber(micron grade) by sintering in high temperature after special non-woven matching and laying. This fiber felt has three-dimensional nets and multi-hole structure with high hole opening, large surface area, well-distributed of aperture and continuous filtering capacity. Standard material: SUS 316L. It can be added one or two protective layer(support mesh) as request.
